Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 across the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2–3 business days.

We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by:

  • Visiting our Track My Order page

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your snacks to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. All orders are packed in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or delicate items such as mochi or wagashi are given extra padding.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during holidays or sales
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Carrier delays beyond our control

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@theasiansnacks.com and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
