At The Asian Snacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Non-Returnable Situations

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened food items unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at hello@theasiansnacks.com with subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

For returns where the customer is responsible for shipping, we recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Credit cards — refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
  • PayPal — refunds appear within 3–5 business days
  • Shop Pay — refunds appear within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different product of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and let us know which item you would like instead. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will be charged to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theasiansnacks.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with your name and the gift sender's order number if available. Approved gift returns will receive store credit to the value of the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our approval email, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay
